Certification Requirements

eCornell offers this online course designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to become an effective leader in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). With a certificate available upon completion in five weeks or less, this course will explore why DEI matters while teaching you inclusive design principles and assessing yourself as a diverse educator.
This program comprises four courses that you can complete at your own pace and in any order that best fits your needs. This course is tailored specifically for HR management professionals looking to integrate greater diversity and inclusivity into their organizations. It includes both instructor-led sessions and discussion groups in order to offer a personalized learning experience, while being open both public and private sector organizations. eCornell University provides this certification course specifically targeted to human resources managers and those responsible for overseeing others. This training teaches individuals how to be more inclusive in the workplace and increase employee satisfaction and productivity; its topics include recognizing barriers to diversity, developing effective communication skills and identifying unconscious bias.
This course examines differences between men and women in terms of leadership style, career advancement opportunities and work environment. It investigates their effects on companies and employees and the workplace environment. Topics addressed include gender identity issues, power dynamics and other social and political matters affecting workplace. Delivered via video conference for both public sector organizations as well as private ones at an estimated cost per participant of $1,500.00 with instructors accredited by IAE Business School delivering it all the way from China!
